Returns & Exchanges

Not quite the right fit? We’ve got you. You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange, and the steps are straightforward.

What you need to know

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery.
  • Condition: unused, unwashed, with original tags; original packaging where possible.
  • Eligible as our error: defective, damaged, wrong item, wrong size shipped, or significantly different from description.
  • Change of mind (fit or style preference) is accepted if item condition requirements are met.
  • Photos required: issue close-up, size tag, and full front/back of the item.
  • Return shipping: we pay for our-error returns; you pay for change-of-mind returns.
  • Exchanges offered when stock is available; otherwise we’ll refund.
  • Refund timing: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect; your bank may take 5-10 business days to post. No restocking fees. Original shipping is refunded only when we are at fault.
  • Support reply time: we aim to respond within 1-2 business days.

Return window

Return window: 30 days from delivery. Requests made after 30 days aren’t eligible.

Eligible reasons

  • Defective or damaged on arrival.
  • Wrong item or wrong size shipped.
  • Significantly different from the product description.
  • Change of mind (fit or style didn’t work) — item must meet condition standards below.

Note: Minor cosmetic variations (for example slight color differences due to lighting/screens or small thread irregularities that do not affect wear) are not considered defects.

Item condition requirements

  • Unused and unwashed.
  • All original tags attached; hygiene liners (if applicable) intact.
  • Original packaging where possible.
  • No signs of wear, odors, stains, or alterations.

Photos and proof we need

  • Clear, well-lit close-up of the issue (if defective/damaged).
  • Photo of the size tag.
  • Full front and full back photos of the garment.
  • Photo of outer packaging if it arrived damaged (for carrier claims).

How to start a return or exchange

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line: Return or Exchange – Your Order #.
  2. Include: order number, reason for return (from the list above), required photos, and your preferred resolution (exchange or refund).
  3. Wait for approval and instructions. Do not send items back until you receive authorization.
  4. Pack the item securely with tags attached and, if possible, in original packaging.
  5. Shipping: for change-of-mind returns, use a trackable service and cover postage; for our-error returns, follow our instructions for a prepaid label or reimbursement.
  6. Share the return tracking number by replying to our email.
  7. We’ll inspect the item on arrival and confirm your exchange or refund by email.

Who pays return shipping and what’s refunded

Exchange option

Prefer a swap? If the requested size, color, or style is in stock, we’ll process an exchange once your return is approved. If it’s unavailable, we’ll proceed with a refund instead.

Items we cannot accept

  • Used, worn, washed, altered, or damaged through wear and tear.
  • Missing original tags or hygiene liners.
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
  • Items with odors, stains, pet hair, or other signs of wear.
  • Minor cosmetic variations that do not affect wear (see note above).

Approvals and timelines

  • Approval and instructions arrive by email. We aim to reply within 1-2 business days.
  • After your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the refund.
  • No restocking fees.

Packing tips

  • Include a note or packing slip with your order number and email.
  • Remove or cover old shipping labels.
  • Use a sturdy, sealed package to prevent transit damage.
