How to Track

We strive to keep you informed at every step of the fulfillment process. Once your package has been dispatched from our facility, you can conveniently track your shipment through the following methods:

  • Email Notification: Please check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email containing a direct, clickable tracking link that provides live updates on your package's location.
  • Carrier Tracking Portal: You may copy your unique tracking number and paste it directly into the official tracking page of the designated carrier (e.g., FedEx, DHL, or UPS) for the most detailed transit logs.
  • User Account Dashboard: For a comprehensive overview, simply log in to your personal Checksettlement account, navigate to "My Orders," and view the full history and real-time status updates of all your current and past purchases.

Updates & Syncing

We would like to kindly remind you that it typically takes between 24 to 72 business hours for tracking information to be fully populated and synchronized once the shipping label has been created. If your tracking status does not show immediate movement, please rest assured that your package is likely being processed through the initial sorting facility and will reflect updated information shortly.

Order Status Definitions

Current Status What it means
Processing Your order has been successfully received and is currently being picked, meticulously quality-checked, and securely packed by our warehouse team.
Shipped Your package has officially left our fulfillment center and has been handed over to the carrier for its transit to your destination.
In Transit Your order is currently moving through the carrier's domestic or international network as it makes its way toward your local delivery hub.
Out for Delivery Your package has been successfully transferred to a local courier vehicle and is expected to be delivered to your address within the current business day.
Delivered The carrier has confirmed that your Checksettlement order has arrived at your specified delivery address and the shipment process is complete.
