1. Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. Since our kitchen starts preparing your selections promptly to ensure freshness, we cannot process cancellations once this window has elapsed.
2. Making Changes
If you have made a mistake in your order or delivery address, please notify us immediately. While we cannot guarantee changes after 6 hours, our team will do their best to assist you if the order has not yet been processed for dispatch.
Important Notice
Once your order status changes to "In Transit", modifications are no longer possible. Please contact our support team to discuss further options.
